Tonight at 8.30pm over 50 major landmarks in Wales will be plunged into darkness as part of Earthhour - WWF’s initiative on climate change.
For an hour, places including the Senedd, Kidwelly Castle, the National Library of Wales, St David’s Hall & Newport Clock Tower will be extinguishing the lights to display their support for action on climate change. They will be joined by millions of people across the UK and around the world, holding events from candlelit dinners to lantern-making workshops.
People can still register to join Earthhour and join millions of people across the UK doing something positive to help tackle climate change.
